Yemen's Houthi rebels declared a new assault on a commercial ship and initiated drone launches toward Israeli territory. Israel alleges that it is responding to aggression from seven fronts across six countries since the October 7 attacks. The US military has successfully intercepted more than 12 drone missiles fired by Houthi rebels targeting shipping in the Red Sea.
