-- 450 ml. coconut milk
We put onion, garlic, lemon peel, coriander, cumin seeds and spices into the food processor. You can add some water to make it better and thicker.
Then we add olive oil to the pot and add this mixture we prepared to the pot. We put the meat in the pot and roast it all.
We add coconut milk and a green pepper and let it cook on low heat with the lid closed. We check it from time to time and let it cook for a total of 3.5 - 4 hours.
