STORYLINE:
People gathered in front of Charles University to pay their respects to the victims of Thursday's shooting in Prague.
A lone gunman opened fire at a university, killing more than a dozen people and injuring scores of people.
The bloodshed took place at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University, where the 24-year-old shooter was a student.
The gunman, whose name has not been released, killed at least 14 people before killing himself, authorities have said.
More than 20 others were also wounded.
The bloodshed took place in the philosophy department building of the university, where the shooter was a student, a Prague police spokesperson said.
Authorities warned that the death toll could rise.
