Welcome to your 20 min energising morning yoga flow. This is a full body practice that's going to be fairly fast and dynamic to get you going in the morning and hopefully help set you up for a great day.
Throughout this class there are options to suit different levels so that you can make the practice work for you. Today's sequence includes lots of heart opening postures intended to help you wake up and give you energy for the day ahead.
