During his visit to San Diego yesterday for a speech at the University of California, Harold Keen spoke to Dr. Edward Teller, who pioneered development of the Hydrogen Bob. The famous Hungarian born physicist, now on the university faculty, has been one of the most outspoken opponents of any ban on nuclear testing.
