- garlic-3 heads
- mustard seeds-50g
- salt, pepper-to taste
- pork stomach
For the pate you need:
- meat and fat of the head-1 kg
- liver-500g
- chicken meat-1 kg
- salt, pepper-to taste
- loaf-0.5 pcs
- eggs-4 pieces
- semolina-2 tbsp. l
. - onion-2 pcs.
- Carrots-1 piece
- butter-50 g for frying
