To make delicious cottage cheese pancakes:
Hot water - 120 g
Flour - 200-220 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Sugar - 1/3 tsp
Filling
Curd - 300 g
Salt - to taste
Garlic - 1 clove
Butter - 25-30 g + 30 g for lubrication
1. Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil to hot water. Pour water into flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more flour, it all depends on the moisture content of the flour.
2. Round the dough, put it in a bag or cover with a bowl on top and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
3. Salt the cottage cheese, add chopped garlic, butter and mix well.
4. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Round each part into a ball. Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of about 24 cm. Put the filling on one half of the cake. Cover with the second half and fix the edges well.
5. Fry in a dry frying pan until golden brown on both sides. Grease hot cakes with butter.
