Let’s be honest, making tall, thick and fluffy pancakes is not easy, especially for beginners.
After practicing many times, I found that using a non-stick pan is actually the easiest way to make it.

📢 Recipe (ingredients)
2 eggs
20g milk
30g low gluten flour
lemon juice
20g sugar
edible oil
syrup
frosting
*Beginners are advised to use a non-stick pan.
*The whole process is on low heat, first for 5 minutes, then for 4 minutes
*The egg whites should be refrigerated before use. Adding lemon juice can make the egg whites more stable (you can also use a little vinegar instead)
*Beat the egg whites until they become dry and foamy. The cake will be thicker.
*It is not recommended for novices to make thick waffles with two layers of batter stacked on top of each other. It is easy to cook undercooked and difficult to flip.
