1. Original documents that you want to attest (Bachelors in my case)
2. Original documents of all previous qualifications (matric onward)
3. In case of O & A Levels, IBCC Original Equivalence Certificates
4. Photocopy of all above documents
5. Attestation Form by HEC (Signed)
6. Fee Challan
