During the coverage of Rajasthan Elections 2018, one of the teams of The Lallantop, Chetak, interacted with the Kalbelia community in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. A person from the community explained the technique to play snake charming instrument or pungi, also known as been (बीन) in Hindi.
The Kalbelia community is famous for its famous dance form of the same name. In ancient times, the community frequently moved from one place to another and performed the occupation of catching snakes.
