The combination of ingredients is fantastic and the taste is incomparable. The children and husband asked for more. Now I cook this dish twice a week. Ingredients:
400 g (0.9 lb) minced meat.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2 eggs.
Separate the yolk.
1 teaspoon of milk.
Mix everything well.
100 g mozzarella cheese.
Tortilla.
Melted butter.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place a tortilla on top.
Spread the minced meat on top.
Green onion.
Roll up.
Oil.
Brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 25 minutes.
Salad mix.
1 pepper
1/2 cucumber.
1 tomato.
1/2 onion.
Feta cheese.
Black olives.
Olive oil.
Salt and pepper.
Brush with egg yolk.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
Balsamic and sesame seeds.
