Britain's Queen welcomed her cousin, Queen Margrethe of Denmark on Wednesday at the start of the Danish state visit to the U-K.
Queen Margrethe and her husband, Prince Henrik, arrived from Scandinavia and were received at Windsor Castle with due ceremony.
The Danish royals will stay in Britain for three days.
They are to be the guests of the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh at Windsor Castle on Wednesday.
Their trip to Britain will take them to London, Liverpool and Edinburgh.
