Dr Karan Singh, senior Congress leader and son of Jammu and Kashmir erstwhile Maharaja Hari Singh, welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court upholding the abrogation of Article 370 and urged everyone to "accept the inevitable."
कांग्रेस नेता मंत्री कर्ण सिंह ने कहा, "मैंने ऐसा सुना है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले को बेहद बारीकी के साथ सुना. मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने एक-एक चीज को देखा जिससे इस नतीजे पर पहुंचे. मैं इसका स्वागत करता हूं. कोर्ट ने राज्य का दर्जा बहाल करने की जो बात कही है वो बहुत अच्छी चीज है.
